Just to be clear: I am not a Christian,
or any kind of religious. I am a scientist. I believe in objective
reality. I believe that reality, or the universe, or nature or
however you want to say it, is all that exists. I do not believe in
the supernatural because nature is all that there is. I have no love
for and little respect for any religion. Anything I say about any
religion should not be taken as an endorsement of any other religion.
Likewise anything I say about any ethical or philosophical system
should not be taken as an endorsement of any other system. I accept
nothing without evidence. My opinions are subject to change on the
basis of new evidence. I have no emotional investment in my beliefs
or opinions. I do not respond to ad hominem attacks or personal
insults.
